- about:books: Use this resource to search the Web for information on your favorite books, authors, and genres. This tool goes much deeper than your average Google search and is completely devoted to books or anything book-related.
- BookLetters: Find out about the latest releases, books on TV, and award winners by using this resource paid for by your library and linked directly to the library's catalog. Be sure to sign up for the very convenient automatic e-mail alerts to have these suggestions sent directly to your e-mail on a regular basis.
- Fiction_L Booklists: Locate listings of books pertaining to a variety of genres and topics submitted by librarians from across the country.
- LibraryThing: This site connects you to a vibrant online community of readers who share their reading lists and reviews.
- NoveList: Excellent resource for finding that next book in your favorite series, book discussion guides, author information, and other reading suggestions. A library card number is needed to access this resource outside the library.
